Real Estate Investors are all very different and have various ways to profit from real estate transactions. This class will introduce agents to the most common investor profiles and the methods they use to make their money. Topics will include Wholesale Investing, iBuyers, Buy and Hold, and Flipping. Understanding the differences within each investor type will aid the agent in having a better understanding of how to manage real estate transactions when approached by an investor.

Working together with an investor can be a very profitable relationship for a real estate professional. In this course the agents will learn the essential elements of having a mutually productive and secure business relationship with an investor. This class will review helpful terms to have in a contract with an investor and ways to identify an investor acting in bad faith. Agents will learn how they can protect not only their clients from a bad investor deal, but themselves.
