This course will focus on understanding the real estate agent’s role during the buying and selling process and how to best assist their client. It will also discuss things that can happen between the time the offer is written and time of closing. Topics of discussion include the updated TXR forms, Proposed TREC contracts updates, and newest addendums. 

This Class will count towards 2 hours of CONTRACT credit.

$20 for class with or without Contract Credit.
