The objective of this course is to give understanding of each paragraph of the One to Four Family Residential Contract to the student as well as any related addenda for that paragraph as the paragraph is being discussed. There have been changes to the contract recently approved that will most likely be mandatory early in 2025. We will also look at these changes for the One to Four Family Residential Contract.
