Combining two courses, "Introduction to Real Estate Investing" and "Working with Real Estate Investors," this class will introduce agents to the most common investor profiles and the methods they use to make their money. Topics will include Wholesale Marketers, iBuyers, Buy and Hold, and Flipping. Understanding the differences within each investor type will aid the agent in having a better understanding of how to manage real estate transactions when approached by an investor.
